Terms of use

Last updated 6 July 2026

Acceptance

Stratatouille is operated by Intellitics, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using Stratatouille, you agree to these terms. Accounts are for adults; don't sign up on behalf of a child.

Your content

You keep ownership of the timelines you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display, and — where you choose to share — serve your content. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, and cite sources for factual claims where you can.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Stratatouille to harass, deceive, infringe others' rights, or break the law.
  • Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Imported public data (e.g. Wikidata) is subject to its own licence (Wikidata is CC0).

Sharing

If you create a share link for a board, anyone with that link can view it until you revoke it. Don't put anything behind a share link that you wouldn't want publicly accessible.

Early software

Stratatouille is early-stage. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is," without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything important — export is one click.

Accounts & termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll post changes here and update the date above; continuing to use Stratatouille after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
